vehReports has three core features: digital vehicle inspection reports, paperless rental agreements, and DVLA driver licence checks. Rental operators, dealers, fleet managers and maintenance shops use it to record vehicle condition with photos and signatures, generate rental contracts, and verify driver licences before a handover. Vehicle data (DVLA registration data, full MOT history, and stolen / finance / write-off / valuation checks) is pulled into every inspection report by registration number — it is part of the inspection, not a separate product.

£1 per inspection report and £1 per rental agreement — those are the only two things that consume credits. Driver-licence checks, DVLA + MOT + vehicle history lookups and vehicle health checks are unlimited and free on every account. Buy credits in one-off packs (50/£50 up to 1,000/£900, all 12-month expiry) or subscribe (Tier 1 £20/mo, Tier 2 £100/mo, Tier 3 £250/mo). No seat fees, no annual contracts.

Every inspection report bundles DVLA registration data (make, tax status, current MOT status), full MOT history, and vehicle history checks (stolen vehicle register, outstanding finance, insurance write-off category, valuation) at no extra cost. DVLA driver-licence share-code verification is a separate workflow and is free and unlimited on every account.
